BCHOD has been instrumental in the sustainable development of the country’s engineered sanitary landfills mostly in mining towns, with recent completion of the Norton and Zimplats SMC Landfills. Ongoing projects involve the engineering of landfills for the following urban areas: -Kadoma, Kariba and Chinhoyi, all at different stages of construction. Statistics show that BCHOD has been instrumental in the construction of most of the engineered landfills currently in use nationwide.
